Rachael Briggs

Rachael’s role is to liaise with Vendor’s and Purchaser’s on a day to day basis in conjunction with Richard. So you’re always guaranteed to speak to someone who can assist you when required.

In her combined role as Executive Assistant to Richard Sims and Office Manager Rachael is also a big part of the Business Development and works closely with the entire team helping to implement strategies and new ways to provide our clients with the best possible service.

Rachael is fully licensed to show property as well she holds her Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management) {gained in 2011}, therefore, you have licensed and dedicated agents looking after your best interests at Sims for Property. Rachael commenced her Real Estate career fresh out of school in 2005. Giving her over a decade of Real Estate experience and knowledge, with no doubt many more to come!

Now considered a go-to person within the industry Rachael enjoys mentoring recruits in the Sims for Property office helping them with gaining their qualifications and certifications. She also offers advice and assistance to all staff to help them better their skills and service to our clients.

In 2017 Rachael was awarded the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT) Corporate Support Person of the Year Award and was a national finalist in the award in 2018. This is a testament to her involvement within our company and the industry itself.

Liz Kerr

Liz started her Real Estate career in 2011 and has worked in many roles across all aspects, from Reception to Property Management and Sales both here in Launceston and in Darwin. During this time she has completed her Sales and Property Management qualifications and a Certificate IV in Property Services.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time on Tasmania’s beautiful East Coast as well as spending time with her family and friends!

Gayle has lived in Launceston the majority of her life, she commenced her career in real estate in 2012. Prior to real estate she had a very successful career in Vocational Education and Training where she developed skills such as, marketing and business management, adaptability, communication and client focus. This makes her a natural fit as a sales consultant.

In the time Gayle has worked in residential sales, she has grown her client and referral base extensively. Her exceptional approach to customer service ensures clients choose to use Gayle over and over again, this is reflected in a high rate of repeat customers and referrals.

Jane is married to Launceston Chiropractor Dr Brett Crawford and they have a daughter, Grace and a son, Harrison. Together they have experienced buying, selling and building so Jane understands that for many people buying and selling a house can be overwhelming and let´s face it, sometimes a little scary.

Born and educated here, Jane’s routes are strongly secured within Launceston and its surrounding suburbs. Now in her ninth year in Real Estate, Jane has forged a career that has seen her experience every aspect of this industry.

The joy that comes with helping someone find their first home, family home or dream home is what drives her. Making sure people feel “safe” while they go through this process with professional advice is paramount to Jane’s work ethic.

Erin recruited into the Sims for Property team in February 2017, has a keen interest in Real Estate and loves the concept of being able to help people achieve their goals.

She is the director of first impressions when visiting the Sims for Property office and is here to ensure you receive the very best customer service from start to finish. Outside of work Erin loves to explore and visit different places within Tasmania. She grew up going camping with family and friends and loves being outdoors. She has travelled to New Zealand where she picked up her love for snowboarding and is hoping to travel more in the future; including Canada. She loves to stay active and also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
